一、要用途及功能

I. Main Purpose and Function

本試驗機用于測定混凝土圓柱或長方體度件在恒定的受壓荷載作用下，隨時間增長的變形，即混凝土的壓縮徐變變形。適用于混凝土的恒溫和絕濕條件下，測試單向愛壓的混凝土徐變試驗。本設備的設計、制造完全符合《SL352-2006 》水利行業標準及國家行標準。能滿足相關行業的科研院所、大專院校的設計、施工、質檢等部門混凝土徐變試驗的需要。

This test machine is designed to determine the deformation of concrete cylinder and cuboid parts under constant pressure load over time, namely the creep deformation of concrete, and is applicable for concrete creep deformation test under single-direction pressure at constant temperature in a humid-free environment. The design and manufacture of this equipment complies with water sector standard SL352-2006 and national industry standard and is able to meet the requirements of concrete creep deformation test performed by design, construction and quality inspection departments of scientific research institutions of relevant industries, universities and colleges.

二、主要結構

II. Main Structure

本試驗機主要由主機、液壓系統、測力單元、壓縮變形系統等組成。

This test machine is composed of host equipment, hydraulic system, force measuring unit and compression deformation system etc.

1．主機由頂板、絲桿、中壓板、下壓板、調節螺母、壓板調平總成、疊式彈簧等組成。上下壓板間裝有活動球座，操作時當上壓板底面與試件頂面接觸后，能自動適應試件高度方向的細微傾斜，使兩平面互相接觸全面，從而使軟件受力均勻，根據試件大小，可轉動調節螺母，上壓板自動下降或上升，以適應調節試驗空間，上下壓板頂面上刻有定位線框，便于將試件放置在中心位置。

1. The host equipment is composed of top board, screw rod, middle compression plate, lower compression plate, adjusting nut, compression plate leveling assembly and folded spring etc. A movable ball base is mounted between upper and lower compression plates. During the operation, when the bottom surface of upper compression plate is in contact with top surface of test piece, it will automatically adapt to the slight tilt in height direction of test piece, enabling the two planes contact in large area for uniform stress distribution. The upper compression plate will descend or rise automatically by rotating the adjusting nut according to the size of test piece so as to adapt to the test space. The top surface of upper and lower compression plates is carved with positioning frame for the convenience of placement of test piece at the center.

2．液壓系統（需用戶另購）

2. Hydraulic System (option)

由手動或電動液壓泵、油管及分離式油壓千斤頂組成。此液壓系統每套可控制多臺徐變試驗機，為一臺加壓到額定的壓力后調節徐變試驗機的鎖定螺母固定后可移到另一臺機器進行工作。

Composed of auto or manual hydraulic pump, oil pipe and split hydraulic jack, each set of this hydraulic system can control several creep deformation test machines. The creep deformation test machine of which the pressure has been increased to rated level can be moved to another machine by adjusting the fixing nuts.

3．測力單元

3. Force Measuring Unit

主要由壓力傳感器，連接線及高精度數顯儀表組成。

This unit is mainly composed of pressure sensor, connection line and high-accuracy digital instrument.

2．本徐變試驗機加壓到額定壓力后，固定調節螺母，數顯儀表顯示當前的壓力，試件長時間加壓變形壓力不足額定壓力時，人工開動液壓系統開始加壓到額定壓力緊固調節螺母。

2. After the pressure of this test machine is increased to rated level and the adjusting nuts are fixed, the digital instrument will indicate the current pressure. In case the long-term compression deformation pressure is lower than rated pressure, the hydraulic system shall be manually operated to increase the pressure to rated level and to fasten the adjusting nuts.

3．本徐變試驗機如試驗繁忙每臺可同時做2個試件可節約投資。

3. Each of this creep deformation test machine can perform test on two test pieces at the same time in case the test process is busy, so as to reduce the investment.
